Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electro-mechanical systems and networked equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of electro-mechanical and networked systems at customer locations in salons, stores and hotels
- Decommission failed units and return them to headquarters for further investigation
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, electrical, and network-related issues using systematic troubleshooting methodologies
- Interpret technical documentation, schematics, and wiring diagrams to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and documentation in the field management system
Requirements & Eligibility
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in a field service, technical support, or systems maintenance role
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems (motors, actuators, sensors, Raspberry Pi, Arduino, or similar)
- Experience using Linux or Raspberry Pis (navigation, reading logs, ssh/remote access)
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS/DHCP, and basic switch/router configuration
