Requirements & Eligibility
- Education: from college in related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations (bonded WH is one plus).
- Experienced in working with warehouse operating systems such as WMS, TMS, etc.
- Location: prefer candidate who lives in Hai Phong or candidate willing to relocate to near the warehouses.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations and resources to ensure plans are executed effectively.
- Monitor inbound, outbound, inventory, and productivity to meet customer and internal KPIs.
- Supervise staff and provide necessary training to ensure compliance with SOPs and work instructions.
- Handle and resolve issues related to physical operations and system transactions.
- Support new projects by setting up processes and standardizing procedures.
- Propose and implement improvement initiatives for better operational efficiency.
- Review non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain and update training materials and conduct regular training for operators.
