Requirements & Eligibility

• Several years of successful experience in technical sales or project sales, ideally within switchgear, power distribution, or building technologies
• Technical background with a relevant degree, diploma, or vocational qualification in electrical engineering, power distribution, or a related field
• Ability to navigate complex sales processes and communicate effectively with decision-makers at all organizational levels
• Languages: Native French speaker required; German language skills are an advantage
• Valid Category B driving license and legal authorization to work in Switzerland

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by identifying new market opportunities, building a sustainable sales pipeline in Salesforce, and developing targeted business strategies.
• Manage customer projects from opportunity identification through successful closure, developing tailored technical and commercial solutions together with internal teams and partners.
• Foster long-term partnerships through proactive needs identification, expert consultation, and excellent customer service throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Coordinate all relevant stakeholders and ensure professional sales processes through clear communication regarding lead times, commercial terms, and contractual conditions.
