Requirements & Eligibility

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) graduates or any masteral related degree
• 3 to 10 years of experience relevant or not relevant to consulting
• Academic excellence
• Knowledge of Microsoft tools - PowerPoint, Excel, Word & MS Project
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strategic and analytical thinker
• Effective and proactive problem solver
• Ability to seamlessly integrate and work collaboratively in fast-paced global environment

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying, assessing, and solving complex business problems for area of responsibility
• Identifying a client’s high-level business needs and in the creation of detailed functional specs and other documentation
• Defining how our clients can leverage new technologies for greatest strategic impact
• Solving key business problems and challenges by charting a journey from the current state to a to-be enterprise environment
• Developing detailed and actionable business cases and plans
• Working in multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communicate, and implement programs
• Assisting our clients build the required capabilities for growth and innovation
• Reimagine, build, and transform client business and operations by developing cutting edge assets, tool and methodologies
