Requirements & Eligibility
- you're from Dombivli, Kalyan, Thane or Navi Mumbai
- Applicants with less than 1yr of experience and more than 3 years of experience will be auto rejected
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience
- Strong fundamentals on both frontend and backend
- Mature, outcome-driven engineer who takes ownership of deliverables
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Analytical and systems thinker
Key Responsibilities
- Architect & Write Clean Code: Develop scalable, maintainable solutions across Laravel, PHP, React, Node.js, and APIs.
- AI-First Development: Work on AI-driven products, integrate models, build RAG pipelines, implement guardrails, and design practical AI workflows inside real applications.
- API & System Integrations: Design and consume REST/GraphQL APIs, handle third-party integrations, authentication, and performance optimization.
- Frontend + Backend Ownership: Take responsibility across the stack, from database schema design to UI responsiveness and state management.
- Performance & Optimization: Improve load times, query efficiency, caching strategies, and overall system reliability.
- Code Reviews & Standards: Maintain high coding standards, participate in peer reviews, and continuously improve code quality.
- Debugging & Problem Solving: Diagnose issues independently and fix root causes, not just symptoms.
- Documentation & Technical Clarity: Document architecture decisions, APIs, and workflows clearly for internal teams.
