Key Responsibilities
- Work with management and architects to shape test strategies
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and developers to create test plans and test cases
- Drive and execute the team's roadmap and dissect high-level requirements
- Design, develop, and execute test suites for database, API, integration, and performance testing
- Execute integration testing across platforms using Python automation, batch processing, and shell scripting
- Investigate issues via log analysis and root-cause debugging
Requirements & Eligibility
- B. Tech or MCA (or equivalent)
- 1-3 years of experience in QA
- Expertise in SDLC, QA processes, and methodologies
- Practical expertise testing cloud ERP/CRM platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM, Oracle Financials, Salesforce)
- Ability to develop and analyze advanced SQL queries
- Experience with test management tools like JIRA or ALM
