We are looking for a logistics and freight management professional with strong analytical capabilities to support regional transportation operations through our cross-dock hub, managing transportation activities, collaborating with freight forwarders and logistics partners, monitoring operational performance, and leveraging data analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight management, or supply chain operations.
- Experience managing freight forwarders, carriers, or logistics service providers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in reporting and root cause analysis.
- Working knowledge of international transportation and cross-border logistics.
- Experience tracking logistics KPIs and performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international freight movements across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
- Manage freight bookings and shipment execution with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics providers.
- Support air, ocean, and land transportation activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively address transportation issues and disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customs requirements.
- Work with logistics partners to improve service levels, transit performance, and transportation efficiency.
- Analyze transportation performance, freight costs, and operational trends.
- Develop and maintain logistics reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards.
