The Senior Manager, Strategic products and projects will lead strategic business development initiatives, oversee new product launches and drive strategic business projects to expand market presence in the APAC region.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (MBA desirable)
• Fluency in English
• Minimum 10 years of experience working in the medical device, medical technology or ophthalmology sector
• Experience with PCIOLs and/or Cataract/Vitroretinal equipment
• Demonstrated experience working in multiple geographies with understanding of cultural and business diversity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic projects focusing on key product areas including Alcon PCIOLs and Unity portfolio
• Oversee and drive various strategic business projects and initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project execution
• Serve as Regional SPOC for new product launch plan and timelines
• Drive portfolio positioning and rationalization working with country teams and regional cross-functional partners
• Work closely with country marketing teams and the International Marketing Group to ensure cohesive and aligned execution
