Role Overview
As a Web Accessibility Engineer on the team, this role requires a foundational understanding of technical accessibility standards to support remediation efforts using established testing methodologies. You will perform accessibility evaluations of web applications, document findings clearly, and contribute actionable recommendations under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform accessibility evaluations of web applications
- Document findings clearly and contribute actionable recommendations under the guidance of senior team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering throughout the project lifecycle
- Support accessibility reviews and help ensure inclusive experiences are built into the product from the ground up
- Contribute to the team's accessibility training materials, tooling, and standards
Requirements & Eligibility
- 0-2 years of experience in web accessibility and front-end engineering
- Foundational knowledge and experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with WCAG 2.x guidelines and WAI-ARIA specifications
- Experience with testing with assistive technologies such as VoiceOver, JAWS, or NVDA
- Ability to identify and contribute accessible code fixes using web technologies
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field, or equivalent practical experience
