Manages customer relationships, coaches and directs customer engineers, initiates necessary business reports, and oversees system installations and account planning within the district.

- Demonstrates understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own job family and basic knowledge of other related job families
- Understanding of Applied Materials global Standards of Business Conduct and compliance with these standards at all times
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains customer relationship with all relevant individuals in his/her district at all times, at all levels
- Manages, coaches and directs all customer engineers in his/her district
- Initiates reports necessary for the business and acts as prime interface with the Product Divisions
- Monitors the CSD Award Program and the mentor program
- Executes escalation procedure and manages RMA procedure
- Responsible for account planning, financial forecasts, and cost efficiency within the district
- Responsible for system installation planning, reporting, execution, and pre-facility meetings
