We are seeking a Business Unit Director - CVM to define and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the CVM Business Unit, own and deliver Business Unit P&L, and drive market share growth through strong execution of sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Graduate degree in Pharma, Science, or Medicine
- 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing
- Strong leadership experience with P&L accountability
- Proven track record in driving commercial performance
- Strong strategic thinking and execution capability
- Deep understanding of India pharmaceutical market
Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the CVM Business Unit
- Translate global objectives into short-term and long-term business plans
- Own and deliver Business Unit P&L, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth
- Lead development and execution of brand strategies across CVM portfolio
- Drive sales force deployment aligned to strategic priorities
- Partner with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and other functions
- Drive innovative solutions to improve patient access and outcomes
- Build and lead a high-performing Business Unit team
