Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field
• 6+ years of product management experience
• Understanding of US healthcare / health IT environment
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience building or scaling mobile products (iOS and Android) in SaaS, healthcare, or enterprise environments
• Understanding of mobile UX patterns, performance considerations, and accessibility
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and data pipelines
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles, model bias, and explainability

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product vision incorporating AI/ML capabilities, predictive insights, and automation
• Lead early-stage discovery for features and validate concepts with users
• Partner with UX, Analytics, and Data Science teams to define measurement strategies
• Translate product strategy into outcome-based roadmaps
• Define product success metrics including adoption, engagement, and safety
• Own go-to-market strategies for products and AI-enabled features
• Monitor post-release performance and use analytics to guide iteration
• Work directly with scrum teams to prioritize work and ensure delivery
