Requirements & Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters level degree program in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or equivalent
- In final or penultimate year of degree studies
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Legal right to work without restrictions or company sponsorship in the country of application
Key Responsibilities
- Receive coaching and mentoring to complete assignments and projects
- Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements
- Learn internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interns to network with global business leaders
- Apply Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures
- Assist with preparing 3D models for Finite Element Analysis
- Generate calculation spreadsheets for fracture mechanics analysis
- Write scripts to automate repetitive assessments
