Overview

Helpdesk Execution Senior Analyst is expected to act as technical SME for SAP/Coupa and Salesforce by trouble shooting and provide problem resolutions for purchasing activity. The role supports delivery of BP business and functional strategies by driving efficiency and effectiveness across end-to-end FBT Procurement and Group Source to Pay (S2P) process ownership.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting (B.com)
• Strong hands-on experience with Coupa tool Procurement Platform
• Knowledge of SAP ECC / Ariba integration with Coupa
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience managing a client-service oriented function with experience in management of large corporate initiatives/projects
• Strong understanding of procurement and general accounting practices
• Proficient in PSCM applications including ARIBA, SAP and Salesforce

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement queries through the Coupa platform.
• Support requisition creation, PO lifecycle management, invoice processing, and approval workflows.
• Resolve sophisticated procurement and supplier-related issues within agreed SLAs.
• Provide end-to-end support for Coupa Procurement and P2P processes.
• Handle requisition, PO, invoice, approval workflow, and supplier-related queries.
• Support supplier onboarding and supplier enablement activities within Coupa.
• Troubleshoot Coupa system-related issues and coordinate with technical teams when required.
• Act as a critical issue point for challenging operational cases.
