Overview
Broadridge is seeking a versatile Software Engineer with experience in both software development and QA automation to contribute to technical analysis, development, maintenance, and migration of existing applications while building and executing automated test solutions.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant work experience
- Solid knowledge of programming, testing & deployment tools, techniques, and languages
- Strong knowledge of application analysis and design methodologies, including database concepts
- Practical experience with: Perl, Python, Java, Linux, Shell scripting
- Experience developing and executing automated tests as part of delivery cycle
- Knowledge of AFP and PDF print formatting, testing (content and formatting)
- Working knowledge of the software development project life cycle and AGILE methodology
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high level technical analysis of ideas to determine feasibility and approach
- Provide accurate work estimates for project timelines and delivery commitments
- Maintenance and migration of existing code basis to newer platforms
- Develop, Automate and Execute test cases, verifying results to expected outcomes
- Provide input into integration, implementation and deployment content and strategies
- Support/update/enhance automation tools
- Special projects, tasks or assignments as required
