Key Responsibilities
- Guiding school systems and Education Depts through SSO setup, domain verification, and account provisioning, so teachers and students can get into Canva Education quickly and securely.
- Supporting integration with Google Workspace and Microsoft backends, and troubleshooting authentication, provisioning, and directory-sync issues end to end.
- Acting as the technical point of contact for State partnership rollouts that run across different authentication pathways.
- Diagnosing and resolving onboarding blockers alongside school IT admins, DIETs, and district teams.
- Creating clear, localized setup guides and self-serve resources.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Supported SSO, SAML/OAuth, or identity and access setups before
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 / Entra ID administration
- At least 3 years in technical support, implementation, or solutions roles
- Communicate clearly in English and Hindi, both in writing and on calls
