Requirements & Eligibility

• Demonstrates strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, mechanical systems, controls and retrofit methodologies.
• Understands margin, risk, procurement and project profitability drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations and tender submissions for modernisation and retrofit projects.
• Review technical documentation, site assessments, specifications and customer requirements.
• Develop detailed material, labour, subcontractor and equipment costings.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing.
• Identify project risks and opportunities during the estimating phase.
• Develop value engineering solutions that improve project competitiveness and customer outcomes.
• Maintain estimating templates, cost databases and benchmarking information.
