Quality Process Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Process Engineer with a solid background in manufacturing quality and the ambition to grow into a leadership role.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Manufacturing or similar).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality, Process Quality or Quality Engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) or industrialization activities.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese - mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Quality representative within the manufacturing area, partnering daily with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and R&D.
- Lead quality activities during the industrialization of new products, ensuring a smooth transition from development to serial production.
- Identify process risks early and implement preventive actions to avoid quality issues.
- Drive root cause investigations and lead cross-functional teams in implementing sustainable corrective actions.
- Monitor manufacturing quality performance and promote initiatives that improve process capability, efficiency and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, internal procedures and customer requirements.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, quality ownership and operational excellence across the manufacturing organization.
- Coach and support production teams on quality best practices, helping develop a proactive quality mindset.
