As a Senior Software Engineer II, KYC, you will lead technically complex projects and serve as a multiplier for your team, helping re-architect a fragmented set of products into a unified KYC platform.

Requirements & Eligibility

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience with Python, Django, React, Postgres, and Kafka
• Ability to break down complex user stories into actionable tasks
• Strong understanding of technical trade-offs

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex technical projects from concept to production
• Identify opportunities to simplify code and infrastructure
• Use AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate workflow and improve code quality
• Act as a mentor and coach to raise the technical bar for peers through PR reviews
• Partner with product and design to build the right solutions
