Overview

As a Lean Manufacturing Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the implementation of Lean culture and Continuous Improvement (CI) through the coordination of CI activities, audits, Gemba Walks, and Value Stream Certification (VSC).

Requirements & Eligibility

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines
• 1–3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, Continuous Improvement (CI), Operational Excellence, data analysis, reporting, or project management
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts, including CI, Kaizen, 5S, Waste Elimination, Standardized Work, Visual Management, Gemba Walk, and Problem Solving Methodology
• Good data analysis and reporting skills, supported by advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Basic to Intermediate English proficiency for communication and reporting needs

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement (CI), Kaizen, and Operational Excellence programs through activity coordination, progress monitoring, and reporting of improvement results
• Manage and monitor Lean dashboards, Continuous Improvement (CI) status, audit results, and ensure timely follow-up of findings and action plans
• Analyze data and prepare periodic reports to support decision-making related to Lean and Continuous Improvement activities
• Support Lean and CI activities such as Value Stream Certification (VSC), Lean Visual Management, Gemba Walk, 5S Audit, and Standardized Work
• Monitor the completion of action plans, corrective actions, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) results through coordination with cross-functional teams and relevant stakeholders
