Requirements & Eligibility
- This position requires working onsite five days a week.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for value chain engineering teams; motivating and developing project and team leaders.
- Designing and implementing the end to end value chain for a product with a keen focus on inventory, assurance of supply, cost and quality.
- Managing high-impact, long duration value chain engineering continuous improvement initiatives and projects; ensuring achievement of engineering plan and product quality.
- Managing risk and recovery related to foreseeable and unforeseeable value chain disruptions.
- Management of Batam facility Pre-Delivery Audit (PDA) inspection team and process.
