Requirements & Eligibility
- 5–7+ years of experience in Workday Reporting, HR Analytics, or HRIS with increasing responsibility and complexity.
- Advanced experience with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, Calculated Fields, worksheets, and dashboards; Workday PRISM or other advanced modules a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise working with large HR data sets and creating scalable, automated reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize complex, enterprise-level Workday reports across Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Finance.
- Act as a trusted partner to HRBPs, COEs, and executive leaders, translating ambiguous business requirements into scalable reporting solutions and intuitive, self-service dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and strict system security/governance across Workday analytics.
- Lead initiatives to automate recurring workflows, leverage APIs/integrations to enrich reporting datasets, and stay current with Workday releases.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for reporting logic, calculated field methodologies, and data definitions.
- Mentor junior team members on reporting logic and best practices, conduct quality assurance reviews, and handle ad-hoc analytics.
