Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience in fixed asset accounting and subledger management
- Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements and controls
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams including project accounting, leasing, tax, and operations
Key Responsibilities
- Own the fixed asset register as the standing record of assets in service
- Own the monthly reconciliation of the fixed asset subledger to the general ledger
- Own the monthly depreciation run and review
- Account for asset transfers, retirements, disposals, and replacements
- Maintain process documentation and controls to meet Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements
