The Automation Engineer is responsible for the development, implementation, and optimization of automated manufacturing and packaging processes for filtration products in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

Requirements & Eligibility
- BA or MA degree in automation technology, mechanical engineering, or a comparable discipline
- At least five years of professional experience in automation technology
- Experience in selecting electrical components and creating electrical circuit diagrams with AutoCAD
- Sound knowledge of PLC and SCADA systems, especially Siemens controllers and SIMATIC WinCC
- Very good German (C1) and English (B2) language skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead automation projects from the concept phase through implementation to support of the systems after commissioning in the production environment
- Convert manual assembly and packaging processes into automated manufacturing solutions
- Monitor system performance and equipment functionality, provide technical support, and conduct training
- Create and maintain technical project documentation
- Perform validation activities and continuously develop existing control and operating systems
