The Field Service Engineer is responsible for customer satisfaction in all aspects of the job including increased throughput, decreased downtime, regular Preventive Maintenance, and regular upgrades, acting as a clear advocate for the customer and a steward for the company.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, biomedical engineering, life science, or equivalent military experience.
• 1+ year of experience problem solving, diagnosing, or troubleshooting challenges with instrumentation using a variety of methods.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to commute onsite to customer facilities within assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Beckman Coulter products at the customer facility.
• Cultivate customer relationships and support commercial initiatives.
• Drive a sense of urgency to ensure the customer needs are addressed promptly with an emphasis on a first time fix through the problem-solving process.
