We are seeking a talented and driven Associate Programmer I to join our Continuous Improvement team at Fossil Group in Bangalore, India to design and develop scalable web-based and automation solutions that improve business processes and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop web-based applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, or React
- Build and maintain backend application components using Python, Core PHP, and Google Apps Script
- Participate in technical design and development activities to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions
- Enhance and optimize existing applications based on evolving business requirements
- Develop automation solutions that streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency
Requirements & Eligibility
- 2-4 years of experience in application development, software development, automation, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, or React
- Hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Core PHP, Python, and Google Apps Script
- Solid experience with MSSQL and MySQL, including query development and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of system design and application architecture
