Data Analytics Lead

Lead and develop a team of data professionals delivering actionable analytics to drive the Investment Product & Advisory business targeting the affluent customer segment.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of hands-on data analytics experience within financial services or wealth management, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
- Proficiency in Python/PySpark, enterprise BI tools and Cloud Computing Platforms.
- Deep domain expertise in consumer investment products and advisory sales workflows.
- Solid understanding of HKMA and SFC regulatory frameworks regarding wealth advisory suitability and sales surveillance.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of data professionals delivering actionable analytics to drive the Investment Product & Advisory business targeting the affluent customer segment.
- Formulate data-driven strategies to accelerate Investment Product penetration and grow overall portfolio revenue.
- Design and deliver data solutions to drive revenue, enhance productivity, and monitor risk.
- Lead and collaborate with regional teams to build and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for the Investment business.
- Partner with Product Heads and Advisory Sales Heads to align data priorities with overarching business goals.
- Ensure all data operations, AI models, and regulatory reporting standards strictly comply with the Bank’s governance and risk frameworks.
