Overview

The candidate will join the Wealth Management Solutions team (WMS) in Singapore and will be a part of the team that is responsible for driving FX & Commodities sales and product journey for DBS Wealth Segments (Private Bank, Treasures Private Client, Treasures).

Requirements & Eligibility

• At least 5 years FX & Commodities Derivatives sales experience, in Global Markets / Private Banking setup.
• Expert in FX / Commodities Products (Spot, Forward, Swaps, OTC Options, Structured Notes, Complex FX derivatives etc.) with good understanding of Macro drivers across different asset class.
• Multi-asset and QIS experience will be a bonus.
• Innovative and keen to challenge status quo to drive changes.
• Strong interpersonal communication and Presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage strong FX & Commodities market and derivative product knowledge to generate and present trade ideas.
• Ensure seamless execution, order management, and post trade management of trades.
• Proactively take initiatives in Franchise Building by leveraging market and product knowledge.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across Wealth segment and GFM.
• Keep abreast with market trends, regulations, and market intelligence.
• Strong Digital, Data and AI mindset to drive multiple Initiatives for the Desk.
• Ensure all compliance and internal guidelines are adhered to.
• Provide trainings to RMs, ARMs, Investment Counsellors, and mentor junior Sales staff.
