Key Responsibilities
- Shape the visual and motion direction of projects from concept to delivery
- Edit short-form and long-form high quality videos across social media campaigns and formats
- Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and visual effects
- Turn static design assets into dynamic animations
- Ensure videos match each client's brand guidelines and visual identity
- Add music, sound effects, subtitles, and color correction to improve engagement
Requirements & Eligibility
- Strong visual judgement and confidence contributing to concepts and creative direction
- Experience as a motion designer with an art direction mindset
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere
- Solid motion design skills with a good sense of timing, framing, and storytelling
- Experience creating styleframes, visual systems, and narrative driven motion
- A strong portfolio or showreel showing concept, craft, and high quality motion work
