Audit and Balance confirmation Team provides confirmation about the business relationship of a customer on a certain date upon receipt of request from the client in Japanese Language.

Requirements & Eligibility
- N3 or above Japanese language certification.
- Knowledge of Audit Confirmation and Bank Report
- Experience in Offshore Banking Operations
- Good English communication skill
- Knowledge of Banking Operations and Transactions.
- Advance MS-Excel and Word
- Computer know-how
- Good operational skills, and ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyst is required to generate Balance Position statements by going into several internal and external applications Japanese Language.
- The extracted data from applications to be analyzed and entered in the work-flow tools.
- Understand the received queries in mailboxes and respond to the stakeholders accordingly in Japanese Language.
- Perform quality checking/4-eye as well.
