Senior Product Owner And Business Analyst
Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Product Owner and Business Analyst to lead the development and enhancement of our Name List Screening platform, ensuring compliance with global sanctions regulations and preventing financial crime.

Requirements & Eligibility
- 10+ years of experience in Product Ownership within a financial services environment
- Strong focus on regulatory compliance or financial crime technology
- Experience in writing detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Solid understanding and practical experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive consensus across diverse groups
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar agile project management tools
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data security principles
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Name List Screening
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and technical teams
- Elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize complex business requirements
- Write detailed technical requirements, ensuring they are unambiguous, testable, and fully address business needs
- Act as a guardian of the SDLC processes, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies
- Manage the product backlog, conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and release plans to all stakeholders
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and product owners
