Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Master’s degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience
• Strong technical background and experience in project management ideally in a regulated environment
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and practices as well as the product development process
• Knowledge and experience working with software development tools such as Jira, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Visio/Lucid Chart

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and driving end-to-end program management activities for complex software projects from concept to regulatory filing, and commercialization.
• Develop, track and report on project plans, detailed project schedules, critical path analysis, project and product risks, change control requests, and project deliverables to management and cross functional teams.
• Lead project and status meetings with internal cross-functional teams, executives and external partners with confidence and clear communication.
• Coordinate activities and tasks as well as resources across all departments including, software development and testing teams, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations.
• Responsible for compliance to internal medical device design control and product development process as well as regulatory requirements for all aspects of the program.
