Overview
As a Global Security Operations Intern supporting the Southeast Asia (SEA) region, you will gain hands-on experience in security operations, threat monitoring, and corporate resilience. In this role, you will work alongside experienced security professionals to address high-stakes risk scenarios while applying academic principles to real-world operational challenges.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Public Safety & Security, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong passion for corporate security, global risk monitoring, and operational resilience
- Demonstrated ability to leverage technology to collect, organize, and analyze raw data into actionable security intelligence and executive reporting.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across regional and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential operational data with strict discretion.
- A driven self-starter capable of operating with minimal supervision while taking initiative on strategic projects.
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data visualization or security tracking platforms is a plus.
- A genuine interest in and passion for TWDC brands (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic).
Key Responsibilities
- Support the SEA Operations team in executing security protocols for high-profile events, talent visits, and executive protection details.
- Partner across Lines of Business (LOBs) to ensure full compliance with TWDC global security standards.
- Coordinate with vendor partners and security service providers to maintain operational standards and service delivery.
- Analyze existing operational workflows to identify efficiency enhancements and process optimizations.
- Assist in drafting, updating, and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with regional managers to refine team methodologies and best practices.
- Support the SEA Operations team in compiling weekly/monthly metrics, incident trackers, and risk assessments.
- Assist in developing executive presentation decks and briefing materials for leadership and key stakeholders.
