We are looking for a passionate Lead Developer to join our E-Commerce development team and work on numerous high-traffic projects.

Notre direction Technology est en charge de l’ensemble des solutions informatiques de Disneyland Paris. Au sein de cette Direction, le département E-commerce gère tous les sites web marketing & e-commerce ainsi que l'application mobile pour nos visiteurs.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in development, including 3 years in a technical lead / lead dev role
• Fluent in both English and French, written and spoken (C1 level)
• Solid knowledge in software architecture, design patterns, cloud-native development, and API design
• Experience in production operations, incident management, and root cause analysis
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with international and/or outsourced development teams

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the design of solutions for large-scale applications, services, and integrations
• Provide concrete technical contribution for complex or high-risk components
• Guide architectural decisions within the team and ensure compliance with company standards
• Establish and reinforce coding standards, code review practices, and processes
• Drive estimation, delivery quality, and technical risk management for all projects
• Support developers through code reviews, pair programming, coaching, and constructive technical feedback
• Promote secure development practices, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and operational readiness
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, performance improvement, and reliability initiatives
