Quality System Manager
Overview
Ecolab is looking for a Quality System Manager to join the Healthcare Europe Quality team on a temporary maternity cover contract to ensure that Quality Management Systems remain compliant with applicable regulations and standards.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, Food Science, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and Medical Device Regulations (MDR).
- 5+ years of experience working within Quality Management Systems in a regulated industry.
- Experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare or a similar regulated environment.
- Experience managing CAPA, audits, document control, and change management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Non-Conformity System and CAPA program, ensuring actions are prioritized, effectively executed, and closed on time.
- Lead and coordinate the overall audit program, including internal, supplier, and external audits, acting as a key contact for auditors, notified bodies, and regulatory authorities.
- Oversee the Legal Manufacturer Change Management (MOC) process.
- Engage stakeholders to identify quality system gaps and improvement opportunities while driving visibility through KPIs and action tracking.
- Lead Management Review activities and prepare performance reports for the Quality Management System.
- Support and coordinate training activities related to Quality Management System requirements and compliance.
