The Internal Communications Lead plays a key role in shaping and executing internal and corporate communications initiatives across Enova, owning several high-visibility programs and communications channels while partnering closely with cross-functional leaders.

Requirements & Eligibility
- 5-8+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications or related field
- Experience supporting executive communications and enterprise-wide initiatives
- Experience managing employee engagement programs
- Public company and/or financial services experience preferred
- Experience in a regulated industry with formal communications controls
Key Responsibilities
- Lead communications support for enterprise and functional initiatives across the organization
- Own and execute enterprise-wide communications programs, including quarterly all-hands meetings, employee recognition initiatives and employee volunteer programming
- Support executive communications, including messaging development and internal visibility opportunities
- Partner closely with stakeholders across departments to develop effective communications strategies and execution plans
- Draft polished, executive-ready communications materials across a variety of formats and audiences
- Independently manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Anticipate communications risks, stakeholder needs and operational roadblocks before they become issues
