Requirements & Eligibility
- High school diploma
- 2-4 years of equivalent work experience
- Experience in facility construction planning, management, or supervision is preferred
- Experience in data center operations and maintenance or facility work is preferred
- Native level Japanese proficiency
- Business beginner level English proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work in shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance checks on-site to facility components
- Monitor the Building Monitoring System (BMS) and resolve alarm issues
- Operate and maintain plumbing, fire suppression, and safety systems
- Support the work approval process for service providers and ensure maintenance activities follow standard operating procedures
- Perform site logs for permits such as Maintenance Operation Protocols (MOPs)
- Identify Single Points of Failure (SPOFs) and make recommendations
- Respond to on-site incidents, including failures, problems, and delays
- Complete routine work requests and circuit installations
