The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned Everbridge 360 AI Prepare customers, owning the technical relationship, platform adoption, governance, and ongoing optimization.

Requirements & Eligibility

• 4–7 years in a technical, customer-facing role (TAM, Professional Services, Solutions Architect, Implementation)
• Experience with Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Emergency Management, or related disciplines
• Strong SaaS administration, data integration, and system configuration experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple customers and competing priorities independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level interactions
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical customer relationship for assigned Everbridge accounts
• Provide oversight and management of deployments, platform adoption, and ongoing technical operations
• Design and configure customer environments, including hierarchy, workflows, data models, and integrations
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
• Support Business Impact Analysis (BIA) execution and resiliency program maturity
• Establish and lead customer governance, including stakeholder meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
• Define and track adoption and satisfaction KPIs; develop action plans to drive continuous improvement
• Deliver administrator onboarding, training, and platform enablement
