The Principal Systems Analyst will be the main liaison between our business, product, and development teams, taking business requirements and turning them into workable tasks within a collaborative, multi-functional, and geographically distributed scrum team.

Requirements & Eligibility

• 10+ years of experience in systems analysis focused on building software solutions for technology initiatives
• Deep knowledge of Agile development methodologies and scrum tools – Jira, Jira Align experience desired
• Experience in developing and authoring solution requirements and specifications for moderate to complex software systems
• Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and API consumer tools such as Insomnia
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technology subject area

• Serve as the main liaison between our business, product, and development teams
• Turn business requirements into workable tasks
• Provide leadership on complex systems analysis for projects and play an influential role with business partners to develop recommendations
• Have responsibility for release management coordination and participate in scaling ceremonies and activities
• Examine and drive team performance through metrics and find opportunities to fully realize the benefits of working in an agile structure
