Senior Full Stack Engineer
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled senior Full Stack Engineer for a hands-on engineering role responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable solutions that enable critical business users, including Portfolio Managers, Traders, Research Analysts, and Investment Operations teams, to make informed data-driven decisions.

Requirements & Eligibility
- BE/MCA
- 5-8 years of experience
- Strong experience in Java, backend application development, data APIs and processing of high-volume data
- Hands-on experience in data streaming frameworks with Kafka
- Hands-on experience in Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Data Modeling, Performance Tuning, OLTP/Data Warehousing
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM and API Gateway
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, deployment patterns, and distributed systems
- Experience with Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support scalable full stack applications.
- Develop cloud-native solutions by leveraging AWS services and modern engineering practices.
- Contribute to application architecture, design reviews, and technology selection decisions.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Lead development efforts, perform code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
- Drive system reliability, performance optimization, security, and operational excellence.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, release planning, estimation, and sprint execution.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis and resolution.
