Quality Engineer

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Engineer located in Suzhou Shengpu to manage process quality, quality abnormalities, customer special characteristics, APQP, and process audits.

Requirements & Eligibility
- 全日制大专及以上学历
- 3年及以上汽车行业质量工程师经验，有线束产品QE经验优先考虑
- 优秀的英文读写能力，口语能力好的更优
- 具备良好的表达沟通能力
Key Responsibilities
- 负责汽车线束生产过程质量控制，确保产品符合客户要求及相关标准
- 主导生产过程质量异常分析与处理，运用8D、5Why、鱼骨图等工具完成根因分析
- 负责客户特殊特性（CC、SC、KPC等）在生产过程中的落实
- 参与新项目APQP活动、PFMEA、Control Plan、作业指导书评审和更新
- 组织实施LPA、过程审核（VDA6.3）及产品审核，配合IATF16949体系审核及客户审核
- 建立质量看板并定期发布质量报告，运用SPC、Minitab等工具分析过程能力
- 与生产、工程、设备、物流等部门协同解决质量问题
