Gilead Sciences Japan is seeking a Manager, Marketing Operations (RA) to work closely with KOLs treating and leading the rheumatoid arthritis (RA) field, developing Clinical Questions and conducting science-driven discussions.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Possess 3+ years of experiences as MR/MSL/Area Marketing in pharmaceutical/biotech industries
• Has strong ambition to foster Jyseleca as the best product amongst advanced treatments to help patients living with inflammatory diseases
• Has strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on time management, follow-through, and issue resolution abilities
• Has excellent communication skill and ability to influence and motivate people without direct authority
• Demonstrates strategic thinking skills with ability to anticipate issues and impact on related areas

Key Responsibilities

• Gives feedback to RA marketing franchise members on scientific insights brought from intensive discussion with rheumatologists and orthopedic specialists involved in RA care
• Develop CQ aligned with the RA strategy and execute communication plans with HCPs to get insights, and synthesize and prioritize recommendations
• Plans and executes D2D events e.g., seminar/lecture, Meet the Experts which is interactive and scientific discussions amongst RA specialists and advisory board meeting
• Suggests and executes tactical plans in line with strategic POA
• Closely work with IBU members and xFunctional members in an effective manner
