As an Executive Director, HIV Treatment Integrated Insights at Gilead, you will serve as the senior strategic insights leader supporting the HIV Treatment Business Unit, acting as a trusted advisor to help shape portfolio strategy, commercial execution, and long-term growth.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree and 16+ years of relevant experience; OR
- Master's Degree and 14+ years of relevant experience; OR
- PhD and 14+ years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Integrated Insights advisor to the HIV Treatment Business Unit Leadership Team.
- Shape strategic priorities by identifying emerging opportunities, risks, customer needs, and market trends.
- Lead the integration of market research, competitive intelligence, forecasting, customer insights, and performance analytics into a unified business narrative.
- Partner across Commercial Operations, Digital & AI Strategy, Data & Data Sciences, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Global teams to drive business outcomes.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Integrated Insights organization.
