We are seeking a motivated and creative intern to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on Employer Branding and Talent Attraction initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media strategy, content creation, and campaign management.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the start of the internship
• Must be enrolled full‑time in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD or PhD program at a nationally accredited U.S. college or university
• Must have a minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8 at the time of application and hire
• Must be independently authorized to work in the United States now and in the future
• Must be able to commit to a full‑time internship lasting 10–12 consecutive weeks between May and August

Key Responsibilities

• Research & Insights: Analyze social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to inform employer branding strategies.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging social media posts, graphics, and videos aligned with Gilead’s brand and talent attraction goals.
• Campaign Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking employer brand campaigns across multiple channels.
• Candidate Communications: Support the creation and distribution of candidate newsletters and other talent engagement materials.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of branding initiatives and deliverables.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
