As a Staff Frontend Engineer at Gong, you will be a major part of Gong's Frontend guild, tackle hard technical problems, own the features you develop, and collaborate with product and UX teams to build a solid SaaS product.

Key Responsibilities
- Be a major part of Gong's Frontend guild with Frontend developers from all the teams in the company.
- Tackle hard technical problems at the architecture, code, and product levels.
- Be the owner of the features you develop, collaborating with product and UX teams from wireframes to production.
- Participate in architecture huddles to make decisions about code and best practices.
- Translate vision into a solid SaaS product that performs and scales.
Requirements & Eligibility
- A software engineer between 8+ years of industry experience developing web applications.
- Deeply knowledgeable of how JavaScript works and experienced with React.
- Experienced with large scale, cloud-based web applications.
- Proven experience in the architecture of design systems and components.
- Degree in computer science or similar discipline preferred.
