Data Analyst
Overview
Initially reporting to the Head of Data & Transformation, you will help business teams improve how they work and make decisions through process change, data analytics and AI-assisted and agentic workflows. Working closely with the Data Enablement Lead, you will independently lead complex, agreed initiatives from discovery and process mapping through requirements definition, hands-on analysis, prototyping, implementation and adoption.

- Experience in business discovery and identifying opportunities
- Ability to map and improve processes
- Experience in requirements definition and user stories
- Proficiency in hands-on analytics and SQL
- Experience with self-service data use and agentic workflows
