Role Overview

We are hiring a Software Engineer - I to own features end-to-end, review other people's code, and work on Shopify themes, payment gateways, Shiprocket integrations, Flutter and React Native builds, and headless Next.js storefronts utilizing AI developer tools.

About Growww

Growww Tech builds ecommerce stores and Shopify themes in Liquid for Indian D2C brands, having launched 200+ stores.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Shopify themes and custom storefront solutions using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Build and integrate Shopify apps, custom APIs, and third-party services.
Contribute to Android and/or iOS application development using Flutter or React Native.
Use AI developer tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium, Claude, or Tabnine) to accelerate development and improve code quality.
Lead small feature implementations independently and mentor intern and fresher developers.

Requirements & Eligibility

2–3 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on Shopify or web development.
Proficiency in Liquid (Shopify templating), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with Shopify theme customization, Shopify CLI, and the Storefront API.
Working knowledge of at least one backend language: PHP, Python, or Node.js.
Demonstrated use of at least one AI development tool (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium, Claude, Windsurf) in a professional workflow — this is a mandatory requirement.
