Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor of Science/BSc; Master of Science/MSc — Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline or a related field
- Written and spoken fluency in English
- Graduation date by August 2027
Key Responsibilities
- Smart Manufacturing: Get involved in innovative projects that leverage AI, data and technology to transform our manufacturing processes.
- Problem Solving: Lead impactful continuous improvement projects while developing your expertise in lean methodologies and Six Sigma skills.
- Drive change and innovation: Identify and implement initiatives to streamline processes using tools like Standard Work, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping.
- Make a difference: Leading projects to improve lead times and eliminate inefficiencies, ensuring our supply chain operates at peak performance.
- Collaboration: Work with experts to prioritize and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in coaching and project management.
Interview Process
Assessment Centre Date: November 2026 – February 2027.
