Requirements & Eligibility
- 7+ years of experience in embedded software development, software integration, and validation within the automotive domain
- Strong experience in Embedded C/C++ software development
- Solid understanding of automotive software development processes and embedded system architectures
- Experience performing software requirement analysis, change impact assessments, debugging, and defect resolution
- Knowledge of Linux, QNX, or other embedded operating systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively document, communicate, and present technical information
- Proven capability to provide technical guidance and mentoring
Key Responsibilities
- Perform requirement analysis, test case design, test script development, and test execution using automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports in compliance with ASPICE guidelines
- Design and implement automation frameworks for functional and regression testing
- Build and maintain reusable Python libraries and Robot Framework test suites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing activities with Agile sprint goals
- Conduct test reviews to ensure proper validation of functional safety goals and safety mechanisms
- Work alongside developers to debug and resolve SIL (Software-in-the-Loop) test failures
