Overview

You will support the Customer Engineering team at an automotive manufacturer's R&D center on site. Your tasks will include maintaining mechanical systems, regularly integration and release of components into different carlines and PEP-PDM systems of Customer.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Student of mechanical / mechatronic / automotive engineering and related fields
• High collaboration and communication skills as well as confident appearance
• Structured working method and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with CAD-system is highly appreciated

Key Responsibilities

• CAx-data handling between HARMAN and Customer (OpenDXM / Cloud-system)
• Integration of CA-Data into Customer ecosystem (CAD / PDM)
• Considering data quality guidelines, standards and specific requirements
• Creation of 3D models, release drawings and measurement plans across all sample phases and final production release
• Preparation of Customer milestone approval documents
• Release management maintenance in the relevant PDM-System
• Mechanical design interface to relevant departments: development, design, quality
